February 1, 2019 – GE Digital recently announced a change of Representation for GE Digital Software Sales Support, Technical Support, Training and Ordering. Details on the transition are outlined below.

CB Pacific, headquartered in Kirkland, WA and with offices throughout the northwest, is now partnering with AutomaTech, Inc. to provide service and support to the GE Digital Suite of Software customers located in California. Both companies have been representing the GE Digital / Intellution software for over 23 years and are pleased to be able to combine their efforts to provide customers with best in class sales, service, and support.  Moving forward, CB Pacific will manage the sales support function and AutomaTech will team with CB Pacific to provide tech support and case management for California customers.
